  There are different types of renting-houses,such as furnished apatments,partly furnished apartments or unfurnished apartments.For a furnished one, it usually includes a refrigerator, a washing machine,a stove,a dinning room table ,beds,etc. You needn't buy those things when you move in.Sometimes you can even find knives,forks,plates and so on.As to the partly furnished apartment,maybe you can onlu find refrigerator and stove,but it is different in various places.
