California's governor says the state's largest state has finally turn the corner. It's (got a data of number station) K.K.R reports governor B wants to increase California spending by more than 8 billion dollars.During the depth of recession, California was cutting spending by tens of billions of dollars. Now the state has mutil-billion dollar surplus and the always-coucious Brown wants to increase spending. For years of (drowed, and cut backs and penslips for the teachers), we are finally being able to provide a substential amount of new money for all the schools of California. But Brown isn't getting too excited. He wants to use 11 billion dollars to pay off debt and passing a constitutional amendment 3 forcing the state to save money for down years.
