2017年CRI Share swap program to get oversight

Media reports suggests that 3 to 5 state firms, as well as 2 central financial institutions, have been included in the first batch 1 of a share-swap program, in the latest bid to reform the country's state-owned enterprises.
A proportion of shares of these companies and institutions will be transferred to the country's social security fund.
China's finance ministry 2 is going to be in charge of the pilot program.
Earlier this month, the State Council announced that 10% of State-owned equity 3 will be transferred to the Social Security Fund.
