The men in Switzerland late last week to talk about Syrian supply of chemical weapons, they came up with steps for Syria to hand over control of those weapons. Here is the plan.step 1 ,within one week Syria has to offer a comprehensive 3 list of all of its chemical weapons; step 2 international inspectors 4 must be in Syria no later than November and step 3 all the Syrian chemical weapon materials must be destroyed be the middle of next year. This deal would prevent a military strike against Syria. The Secretary Kerry says the threat of force is still an option to make sure Syria follows through. Groups in Syria that are opposed to the country's government aren't sure that would happen, they say the government has a long history of anti promises, and US senator 5 John MaCain says he and some of these colleagues don't believe the deal over Syria's chemical weapons would do anything resolve 6 that country's civil war.
Back to the flooding in Coronado.Officials say it is responsible for several deaths there so far.Yesterday about 480 poeple were still unaccounted for.You can see in this Youtube video what's some people in Coronado are dealing 7 with:water rushing by their homes, up as high as some windows. Government agency 8 said flooding claims nearly hundreds of lives per year,more than any other type of severe weather,and most of those deaths involve vehicles.Officials said poeple try to drive through flood areas without realising hou powerful the moving water can be.12 to 18 inch of flowing water can carry away most vehicles.
