Sue 2: The protest-march didn’t work!
Sandy: What can we do now, Sue?
Sue: Let’s ask again.
Sue: Please give us a rise, dad.
Sandy: Things are more expensive these days.
Father: I’m sorry, children.
Sue: But, dad!
We’re always broke.
Other children receive more than we do.
Father: The answer is NO!
Sandy: What can we do now, Sue?
Sue: Don’t worry, Sandy.
Father: What’s up with the children, Betty?
Mother: You won’t give them more pocket-money,
so they’re both angry with you, Jim.
Father: Why aren’t you doing your homework?
Sue: Because we’re on strike!
