Lesson 59 Sue’s diary 1: Grandma and Grandpa
Grandmother and grandfather
arrived this morning.
They are going 2 to stay with us
for six days.
We waited for them
at the station.

The train arrived
at five o’clock.
Grandma and grandpa
had 4 some lovely presents for us.
A flute 5 for me,
and a water-pistol for Sandy.
We liked our presents very much,
but mother didn’t like them at all!
