1. more and more，越来越。
我们学过表达越来越...可用（形容词的）比较级+ and +比较级，如bigger and bigger，越来越大； smaller and smaller越来越小。 但有些多音节的形容词它们的比较级不能直接在后面加er,如更漂亮就是more beautiful; 更流行的就是more popular。 如果要表达越来越...时刚好遇上这些多音节形容词，可在这些形容词前加more and more,如 more and more beautiful,越来越美丽的； more and more popular，越来越流行的。
eg:The park is becoming more and more beautiful.
公园越来越美了。
2. 段中还出现more and more of interest,,这里的of interest可视做一个形容词，相当于interesting,有趣的，让人感兴趣的。
of后加某些抽象名词有形容词的相同后果，意思通常和of后的抽象名词对应的形容词差不多,有时还在抽象名词前加上形容词来进一步修饰。如 of importance意思和important差不多，表示重要的； of great importance,非常重要的。
eg:China's development is of great importance to world.
中国的发展对世界来说是非常重要的。
