1. get used to something,表示适应（环境等）。注意： get used to后只能跟名词或动名词，to这里是个介词。
eg:I could not get used to working with him because he was very selfish.
他太自私，我习惯不了和他一同工作。
2. culture shock,文化冲击，文化震惊 (指处于异族文化生活环境中经受的一种困惑不安的感觉, 也译作 cultural shock)。
eg:For those who remained in the name of a paycheck, the culture shock was profound 1.
而对于那些因为讨一份薪水而留任的人，这时的文化冲击是相当大的。
3. adaptive,适合的;适应的。 adaptive problems在段中表示适应方面的问题。
eg:Similar to adaptive planning, you need to adapt your process
类似于适应的计划，您需要适应您的过程。
