WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- Two students were shot at a high school Friday in Philadelphia, the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, local media reported.
The shooting happened at around 3:20 p.m. local time at the Delaware Valley Charter 1 School. The injured boy and girl, both aged 2 15, were rushed to the Albert Einstein Medical Center in the vicinity 3. They are both listed in stable condition.
The suspect was taken in police custody 4 for the shooting, according to local media reports.
The incident was the second shooting case at a school across in the United States this week. A 12-year-old boy opened fire on two classmates at a middle school in the state of New Mexico Tuesday, injuring three people injured, including two of his fellow students before he dropped the shotgun and was taken into police custody.
