Catar, teenager from Temple Florida, was picked up and demonstrated as clash with police. Later, a video circulating on the Internet showed that an Israeli police attacking a detainee. It then shows Catar emerging from jail with black eyes and swollen 2 lips. Spokesperson Psaki says beating a detainee after their subdued 3 under custody 4 is never justified 5. We really shocked that he was severely 6 beaten while policing a custody and strongly have condemned 7 that I would call for speedy and transparent 8 and credible 9 investigation 10. In recent months, thousands of unaccompanied children have crossed into the U.S. from Mexico, fleeing poverty and violence in near southern door.
