3. Fistfights and scuffles broke out in Kenya’s parliament as legislators passed a controversial security measure aimed to fight terrorism. Opposition 5 legislators threw papers on the floor as chaos 6 erupted outside the parliament doors, leading police to arrest dozens of protesters. 
 
4. And a stretch of highway near Dayton, Ohio was closed down after a truck tipped over, spilling thousands of glass bottles of Miller 7 Genuine Draft across the road. No injuries were reported following the suds-filled spill.
