1. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson met with Chinese president Xi Jinping on Sunday, as a part of talks with Chinese leaders. Meetings are expected to focus on North Korea's nuclear program, trade and South China sea territorial 1 disputes.
2. A sheriff of deputy in Louisiana is dead after being shot near a movie theater in Baton 2 Rouge 3 while on duty. A suspect was shot and injured, and taken to a local hospital.
3. Authorities have ordered more than 1000 residents in and around border of Colorado to leave their homes as a wildfire burned in a mountain, just west of the university town. The fire was reported around 1:40 AM Sunday and has burned 30-50 acres.
4. A SpaceX capsule was back on earth with a full load of the space station science samples. The dragon cargo 4 ship parachuted into the Pacific on Sunday off the coast of southern California.
