3. Authorities in India have formally filed rape 3 and murder charges against five men accused in the gang rape of a university student on a New Delhi bus. The woman later died from her injuries. Police say they plan to push for the death penalty.
4. And it's quite the attraction in Sydney Harbor - a 50-foot yellow rubber duck. It's all part of a rehearsal 4 for a Sydney Festival event which organizers say will turn the harbor into a "giant bathtub".
