1. Who are the 47% of Americans, Mitt 1 Romney says, pay no income tax. A study by an nonpartisan group says 46% of Americans pay no federal income tax next year including senior citizens, low incomers and college students.
2. Mitt Romney continues to campaign in Florida Thursday. He took part in a Miami forum 2 Wednesday. President Obama will speak at the same forum in coral gables later today. It's hosted by the Spanish language TV network Univision.
3. Defense 3 Secretary Leon Panetta says there's been little progress in stopping Chinese Cyber attacks against American entities 4. He says he's raised the issue during meetings with Chinese officials in Beijing, but only has agreements for future discussions.
4. And Senate Republicans have blocked legislation to establish a jobs program to veterans back to work. Republicans say the billion-dollar program will violate spending limits that Congress agreed to last year.
