2. New Orleans is hoping the worst is over following Hurricane Isaac. The city was pounded by strong winds and unrelenting rain. Officials put a curfew in place and say there were more than a dozen looting arrests.
3. Farmers in the Midwest are hoping the remnants of Hurricane Isaac hit them but not too hard. They've endured the worst drought in generations and hope rain from the storm will solve that. However, too much rain could work against them.
