3. Libya's new leaders will declare liberation on Sunday. Such a move following the death of Muammar Gadhafi will start the clock for elections and a transition to a democracy.
4. Saudi Arabia is in mourning following the death of the heir to the throne. Crown Prince Sultan bin 6 Abdul-Aziz Al Saud died in New York at the age of 80. Saudi rulers are expected to move quickly to name the new king-in-waiting.
