I am so glad to learn that you are coming in September. I've found 3 a place for you.It is a small flat of 25 square meters 4 with a bedroom,a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom,there is a bed,a sofa,a desk and a chair. The rent 1 is 500 yuan per 5 month. The flat is in the building on Fangchao Street, which is not far from Jiangxing Chineses School. Bus NO.11 can take you straightly 6 to the school. In fact 7, it's only one stop way. Do you think you like it. If not, I can try and find another place for you. Just let me know.
