 　　1. Describe a person who became your intimate friend at the first meeting

　　这一个人物题其实没有任何难度，也就是场合，时间变了一下，烤鸭们完全可以参考之前写的一个青少年，多年未见的一个好朋友，一个老人(忘年之交)，稍作改动就可以了。

　　Well, to begin with, I guess I can say something about a boy, whose English name is John that I met last summer became my intimate friend at the first meeting. In fact, I knew many teenagers when I was taking swimming lessons in a local swimming club at that time, most of them were young swimmers and divers 3, but John was an exception, he was actually an assistant coach in the club. He had such a young-looking appearance that I couldn’t believe the fact he was a coach. So I talked to him beside the swimming pool when all the swimmers were doing exercise in the water, he told me that he used to be a swimmer in this team, but he quitted a few years ago when he decided 4 to go to high school and got something else to do. We found that we had a lot in common. We all like travelling, reading, watching movies and so on. What’s more, you know, as a swimmer, they have to sacrifice all their spare time in exercising when their classmates are probably hanging out and having parties. Actually he did many part-time jobs after quitting, such as delivering newspapers, holding school parties, and organizing community activities, and currently 5 he was the chairman of the student union now. But he realized that it was just impossible to say goodbye forever to the swimming pool, because swimming was already part of his life and he had so many friends there. That’s why he would like to spend part of his time to be an assistant coach in the club and be together with his friends again.
　　To be honest, what he just did really surprised me, because when I was young, I never thought about so many stuffs and tried so many different jobs, the only thing that I did was studying. I guess I admire him in some degree, and if I had a chance, I would do the same thing as he did.

　　OK, speaking of a crowded place I have ever been to, I guess I'd like to talk about my favorite restaurant in my hometown. You know, it is not a classy restaurant which serves very exquisite 9 and luxurious 10 food, instead, it is pretty cozy, and only serves home-made cuisine. I am really into the small cozy restaurant, probably because every time I have dinner there, the tasty food always makes me feel like having my mother's cooking. Well, although I work in another city now, once I come back home, I suppose I'd like to go to that restaurant to have the daily special dishes with my family.
　　Moving onto the business of what kinds of food the restaurant serves, I'd like to add here is that the menu is also a special feature. You know, the owner of the restaurant buy the fresh ingredients like green vegetables and meat every morning, then she will write the menu on a blackboard according to the ingredients she has every day, so the guests can enjoy the freshest food. I suppose that would be one of the most important reasons why the small restaurant enjoys a superb reputation and a large following. What's more, the clean tablecloths 11 and the neatly-set tables make the customers feel comfortable and cheerful. And the owners are quite pleasant and helpful. You can always count on her. In addition, the price is reasonable and acceptable 12.
