Tobacco company Philip Morris will launch legal action today to try to block the Federal Government's proposed plain packaging laws. And the search for a yachtsman missing in icy waters off Sydney's northern beaches has resumed. The man fell overboard yesterday. Rescue boats and helicopters have been searching the area of Narrabeen, but have so far found no trace of him. The man wasn't wearing a life jacket.
