 A source has told the ABC more than 30 sailors from one ship have tested positive to drugs. The Defence Force has conducted a series of raids in military sites. It's investigating allegations of drug abuse and a drug ring operating out of Sydney's Garden Island naval 1 base. 


 
Mohamed Haneef will be returning to India, a happy man after agreeing to a compensation deal with the Federal Government. The Indian-born doctor was detained for more than three weeks in 2007 when he was wrongly accused of being involved in a terrorist attack in Scotland. Some ticket inspectors 4 in Victoria have been caught out beating up fare evaders. The state's ombudsman has released CCTV footage showing inspectors getting violent with people who haven't bought tickets.
