President Putin of Russia says he's ordered his military to start withdrawing most of its forces from Syria. But the evidence was overwhelming and within a few days, troops were sent to the area. The authorities believed they were brutally 15 killed by a criminal gang that controls most of the illegal gold mining in the area. An arrest warrant was issued for the gang leader known as 'The Mole 16'.
