The Ministry 1 of Education has announced a new policy that states: for school admission, each school district will allow student enrollment 2 to several schools, instead of “one school district, one school”. This news has not been welcomed by property owners of the so-called “school district housing学区房.” As they say their investment into such housing will go south.
