Zhang says China's economy is enjoying a good start to the year, judging from newly released economic figures.
According to China's Energy Administration, electricity usage, deemed as a proxy 6 for economic growth, increased 4 percent in February compared to the same period last year.
The first two months of 2016 have also seen a slight increase in the growth of fixed 7 assets investment compared with previous months.
