Congratulations about year anniversary since you took over the CBS.
Exactly right.
Just Evening News?
CBS Evening News. Absolutely, thank you very much.
Thank you!
It’s nice to have an audience.
You don’t know with audience.
No, I don’t know. I just had my floor director /. she is tired of me. Yo, we come to the evening news tomorrow maybe? Everybody? This is awesome 1.
Well, you’ve got to have a lot of rum. Is it the harder of being an anchor man than you thought what was going to be? This is your first real anchor experience, isn’t it?
It is my first anchor experience and * and harder than I thought.
Isn’t it difficult? What is the part about that we don’t know so difficult.
A period on David *.
Oh. But you have to communicate with all these people, you know, all you have is the news of the day and your face, really it is.
Yeah, exactly. And all the people in CBS news behind me like David. But the most difficult part and the part I really anticipate is how relentless 2 it is. You know, we work about 12 hours serious during the day to get broadcast on the air. We get broadcast off the air. The news keeps coming, the next day keeps coming and on and on it goes incredibly relentless.
What we do is we use some of stuffs on Monday, we use like Wednesday, we use some of stuffs from Tuesday on Friday. I mean this flowers everyday. I mean that’s fine for the first year but not all that’s cracked up to be.
