(BBC News)The deer population of America is being struck down by a version of mad cow disease.
（英国国家广播公司报道）美国的鹿群正受到一种狂牛症的袭击而生病或死亡。
American health authorities say there's no risk to humans and that it is safe to continue eating venison.
美国卫生当局表示，这对人类不会造成危险，而且继续食用鹿肉也对人体无害。
However, some experts in America think the disease may already have killed several people.
不过美国有些专家则认为，这种疾病可能已经造成好几个人死亡。
