China's State Council Information Office has held a policy briefing conference, and Huang Shouhong, who is in charge of the drafting of the Government Work Report, underlined the key methods of supply-side reforms.
"From the industry level, supply-side reform should not only do subtraction, but also do addition. We should use the market to push the inefficient production to be resolved or eliminated through competition. At the same time, we should promote the new economy to speed up growth. In this way, we can maintain stable growth in the transformation process," he said.
