Australia's largest grain exporter, Grain Corp, looks set to be taken over by an American company. Archer 6 Daniels Midland has offered more than 3 billion dollars for the grain exporter.  The revised offer includes Grain Corp dividends 7 totaling one dollar a share on top of the 12-dollars-20-cents a share cash offer. Grain Corp shares rose 8%.
