President Xi Jinping has joined a panel discussion of lawmakers from Heilongjiang province. The session focused on issues such as improving price policies of grain, improving living standards of lowly-populated minorities, and supporting the end of logging in some key forest zones in the province.
Xi said the comprehensive implementation of the five development concepts is on agenda. He also emphasized that officials and cadres should use legal thinking and means to solve problems and boost innovation.
