The phrase "my view" can have a view different meanings.  It is either what you can literally 4 see or what you believe, your opinion.  Notice the following:
 
I think my view on the subject is a little different than yours.

A "player" is an athlete that plays sports.  Notice the following:
 
Michael Jordan is one of the best basketball players of all time.

How many times do you get to try to hit the ball?
 
"How many times" something happens is the number of occasions 5 it repeats.  In the example, it is asking how many opportunities you have to hit the ball.  Use this phrase in questions.  Notice the following:

Until you are out you can play.
 
When "you are out" of a game you have lost.  This can be in cards, sports and board games.  Notice the following:
 
If you can't play a card then you are out.
If the ball hits you then you are out.
