A large, fast-moving fire is burning out of control in the Baw Baw ranges, east of Melbourne. The blaze is now bearing down on rural properties near Seaton, Hayfield and Glen Maggie. Residents have been warned that it's now too late to leave and survival plans should be followed. Many campers in the area have already been evacuated 1 and an emergency relief centre has been opened in Sale.
