Requirements of language
One, if you want your audience to understand your massage 1, your language must be simple and clear.
Two, use short words and short sentences.
Three, do not use jargon(专门术语, 行话, 土语)unless you are certain that your audience understands it.
Four, in general talk about concrete(具体的, 有形的)facts rather than abstract(抽象的, 深奥的, 理论的)ideas.
Five, use active(主动的)verbs instead of passive(被动的)verbs . Active verbs are much easier to understand, they are much more powerful.
语言要求
第一，如果你想你的听众能听懂的的信息，你的语言必须要简介明了。
第二，使用简短的词语和句子。
第三，除非你确定你的听众能听懂，要不不要使用专门的术语。
第四，通常谈论具体的事实要比谈论抽象的理论好。
第五，使用主动的词代替被动的词。主动的词更易于理解和有力。
