4. American Airlines is using social media to explain its actions after Alec Baldwin took to Twitter to complain that he was booted from a flight. Without naming the actor, the airlines said on its Facebook page that an extremely vocal 5 customer refused to turn off his phone when asked to do so by a flight attendant.
