Greg Laswell 是来自美国圣地亚哥的音乐唱作人，在这张今年7月发行的新专辑《Three Flights From Alto Nido》之前，已经发行过两张个人唱片<Good Movie>、<Through Toledo>和一张EP<How the Day Sounds>。在获得一系列好评后，Greg曾同Ingrid Michaelson、Matt Costa、Sia在内的众多明星一起巡回演出，还一度与美国流行歌手Mandy Moore有过浪漫的关系。"alto nido"来自西班牙语，意思是"荫蔽处"，Laswell解释专辑名的意思是"走在寻找安乐窝的路上"，以此给予那些渴望宁静的人们。
