一名女人在田地被害，FBI查看犯罪记录，发现一个月内已有三名女被杀。一名叫斯蒂芬的女子失踪，警方根据迹象判断是三人作案团伙，与此同时，罪犯斯科特从电视上发现强奸过的女子死掉，责备迈克尔。迈克尔让克里斯杀了斯科特。加西亚发现局长索尔特的儿子克里斯入侵过警局电脑，并由此找到他和迈克尔。索尔特为救儿子，杀死迈克尔。
