Your credit score could be changing without you doing a thing, reports CNN's Susan Lisovicz.
Susan Lisovicz: The 3 major credit reporting bureaus have teamed up to create a new scoring system. The move's expected to make life easier for both borrowers and lenders, because the 3 companies will use the same method finally to determine a credit score.
Scores will range now from 501 to 990.

John Lawrence: Be very suspicious if you receive an email claiming to be from the Internal Revenue Service.
Nancy Math: The IRS will not send an email to taxpayers 7 period. That's not the way we communicate with our customers.
John Lawrence: Spokeswoman Nancy Math says scam emails that claimed to be from the IRS are being sent out telling people to click onto a certain website.
Nancy Math:Once you get there, they will ask you for all kinds of information, like your bank account numbers, credit card numbers, all kinds of information that we would never ask for anywhere.
