1.Paper tray 纸盒
A:Do you know where the paper tray is?
B:It shows in the area A.
A：你知道纸盒在哪里吗？
B：显示是在A区。
2.Print paper 打印纸
A: Did you add the print paper?
B: I did. But it's still not working.
A：你加打印纸了吗？
B：加了，可是还是不好用。
3.Ready 待机
A: Is the printer ready to print?
B: I don't think so. The READY light is not on.
A：打印机准备好打印了吗？
B：我看没有，待机灯没有亮。
4.Scan 扫描
A: Do you want to copy or scan it into an image?
B: I just want to copy it.
A：你想要复印还是扫描成图像？
B：我就是想复印一份。
5.service man 维修工
A: Did the service man come?
B: Yes. Andrea is serving him.
A：维修工来了吗？
B：是的，安茱亚在接待他。
