ANZ is the last of the big four banks to raise the interest rate on its standard variable home loans. ANZ increased rates by 18 basis points to 5.56%. NAB announced 17 basis points increase earlier today while the Commonwealth 1 Bank and Westpac have already lifted their rates by 15 and 20 basis point respectively.
