Storms and showers are expected in Queensland's southeast.Hot and dry in the state's west and north.
Warm to mild conditions for most of New South Wales with cooler temperatures in the south. Showers and possible storms in the east.
In Victoria,there'll be showers, light winds and Alpine 3 snow with a chance of thunderstorms in the east.
Possible showers in north and west Tasmania are expected later in the day with mostly sunny and cool conditions elsewhere.
South Australia can expect strong winds in the west with clearing showers in the southeast later in the day.
