Chinese President Xi Jinping has taken the opportunity to criticize those in Japan who would white-wash the history of Japanese aggression 1 during its invasion of China.
The President's comments have been made at a ceremony commemorating 2 the start of the full-scale Japanese invasion of China.
As part of his speech yesterday, Xi Jinping says that despite what happened in the past, there are still people out there who want to defy or beautify what happened following the invasion.
