United Live actress Jan Hooks is dead. Hooks was known for personating first ladies, playing Sasi dinner waitresses and southern bells. She was 57 years old. Representatives from the agents office did not give the card of death. NPR Elizabeth the player reports.

As NPR Jones Cee explains, Benanky was questioned the government's right faking equity 23 stake of the company as part of the rescue. AIG had insured billions of dollars worth of shaking mortgage bag securities and was about to go bankrupted in September of 2008. On the stand Benaky said that would have been catastrophic for the global economy. So the federal agreed to lend the firm 85 billion dollars in exchange for 80% stake in the company. Under questioning, Benaky said  the equity stake was necessary to compensate 24 tax payers for the risks they were taking. But Mareen Han Greenburg, a former CEO of AIG and a major share holder 25 has files to claiming that taking of equity was illegal under the fed's emergency powers.
