S: Welcome to Flash Foto. What can I do for you, ma'am?
店员：欢迎光临闪光摄影。小姐，我能为你服务吗？
C: I'd like to have this roll of film developed.
顾客：我想洗这卷底片。
S: What size prints would you like?
店员：你想要洗多大尺寸呢？
C: Four by six will do.
顾客：4x6就好了。
S: All right, ma'am, they'll be ready for you in an hour.
店员：好的，小姐，你一小时后就可以来拿了。
1．develop vt. 冲洗（底片）
例：Have you developed that film yet?
（你冲洗过那卷底片了吗？）
2．film n. 底片，胶卷（不可数）；电影（可数）
a roll of film 一卷底片
a film 部电影
=a movie
3．print n．相片
4．Four by six will do. 4 in．宽6 in. 长的照片就可以了。
= Four inches by six inches will be fine.
注意：
此处的do是不及物动词，表示“可以”、“达到要求”之意。
