S: Welcome to Lens Magic, ma'am. How can I help you?

C: I'd like to buy an inexpensive camera.
顾客：我想买一架便宜的相机。
S: Well, we've got several point-and-shoot cameras. These are all 35 mm compact cameras with auto-focus and a built-in flash. We also have these Polaroid cameras.

C: I don't think I'll need a Polaroid. Does this 35 mm camera have an automatic flash?

2．compact a．袖珍的；小型的
例：Compact cars are much easier to park than large cars.

例：My computer has a built-in modem 1.
（我的计算机里有内置式调制解调器。）
4．Polaroid n．宝丽来相机（一种无需底片的相机）
5．turn off.../turn... off 关掉（灯，电源……）
turn on…／tum…on 打开（灯，电源……）
例：Please tum off the TV.
（请把电视关掉。）
6．box... up/box up... 将……装入盒中
例：He boxed up his belongings 2 and took them to his new apartment.
（他把东西装入盒中，带到新公寓去。）

- Does your computer have a modem?你的电脑有调制解调器吗？
- Provides a connection to your computer via a modem.通过调制解调器连接到计算机上。
n.私人物品，私人财物
- I put a few personal belongings in a bag.我把几件私人物品装进包中。
- Your personal belongings are not dutiable.个人物品不用纳税。
