President Obama says about 4 million people have signed up for health insurance through the new health care exchanges so far this year ahead of the March 31st deadline.
The President is ordering the Pentagon to plan for a full withdrawl of U.S. troops from Afghanistan by year's end. The order comes amid a strained relationship with Afghan president Hamid Karzai who has refused
to sign an agreement to keep U.S. forces on the ground beyond 2014.
