1. The FBI says a North Carolina woman who raised a child kidnapped from a New York hospital two decades ago was in custody 1. Ann Pettway will appear in a New York federal Court Monday to face kidnapping charges. She surrendered in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Sunday on a parole violation 2 charge.
