 Duck Dynasty，online actual reality's carefully produced semi scripted heavily promoted and packaged entertainment vehicle such the real people in it are not quite themselves when they are on the screens. Instead they play carefully produced versions of themselves. Sometimes heads up, sometimes turn down always addicted 2, always marketed. So when Robertson started the show said what he said to GQ magazines about gays, African Americans,and non Christian 3 religions, it was not the reality Show Robson talking it was presumably the real the real Phil Robson which moved the network to suspend him and  launched a new  skirmish no doubt in the culture wars. The question tonight is if any of this worth fighting over. One thing that is clear to A&E, it needs. The fight is worth millions.

It's kind of unfiltered opinion that’s made Duck Dynasty the most watchable reality program on cable.
 
Kids in American today are fat lazy.
 
But what Robson said off camera that’s landed him in hot water. In the January issue GQ magazine,describing what he find sinful, he said, quote, “Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality sleeping around with this woman, that woman, and that woman and those men.”  He also told GQ (quote) “neither the adulterers, the idolaters the male prostitutes,the homosexual offenders 6, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanders 7, the swindlers they won't inherit the kingdom of God.”
 
You must be failed. I’m glad I’ve left. 
 
A&E suspended Robertson after this article came out, quote, “his personal views in no way reflect those of A&E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of LGBP community.” The network has played Phil under hiatus and filming indefinitely.
 
Robertson’s comments on homosexuality weren’t the only ones raise some eyebrows 8. Robertson also talked about upbringing in the South before the civil rights era. He told GQ, (quote),I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once…” He told GQ. He also said about African Americans. “Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare,you say: were they happy? They were godly; they were happy; no one was singing the blues 9.”  It ended up a human right campaign wrote a joint 10 letter to A& E, expressing outrage 11 over his remarks. 
 
Robertson also has plenty of defenders 12. Tommy, Sara who spent time with Robertson the last days he meets suspension, pulling up speeches on his face book page. And Louisiana governor issued a statement called the Robertson family, quote, “great citizens” has changed that opposition 13 and bring Robertson back to the show as more than 19000 signature so far.
 
Women are a / trailers and you know they all have quirks 14. But if you stay married to one more than 145 years,you learn to go with the quirks. 
 
Duck Dynasty is growing in to  a retail 15 empire worth an estimated 400 million dollars. And A&E says it is now in hiatus, it is not clear if Phil will appear in the pro 1 episode of season 5,just less than a month away.
