Donald Trump 1's new book, Crippled America: How to Make America Great Again, went on sale Tuesday. It reinforces his campaign message that he would make the country strong again. Trump said his rival Ben Carson does not have the energy it takes to be president.

Republican candidates by and large criticize the Obama administration and pledge to dismantle 2 some of his policies. On Monday, the president ridiculed 3 Republicans who suggest that the United States was better off before he took over.
