Get ready to be inspired! Last night on Extreme Weight Loss we met Meredith Prince, 25 years old, a teacher who wanted to lose more than half of her body weight. Take a look at her incredible 1 journey.For most of her life, 24-year-old Meredith has struggled with her weight and her identity 2.
-I always knew I was adopted. They are small, and I'm not, at all. I just, I never felt like I fit into my own family.
Years of yoyo dieting has brought her to 314 pounds. So this kindergarten teacher from Rochester, New York, reaches out to Chris Powell, who waits no time getting Meredith into boot camp.

She wants to weigh 155 pounds, a goal she's tatooed on her stomach.
-When I come to see you in 90 days, you need to have lost 80 pounds.
And while it isn't easy.
-We're gonna run from this lifeguard station down to that lifeguard station.
Meredith meets the challenges head on.
-Oh, my gosh, Meredith, you just drop 84 pounds. Oh, my gosh!
And over the next year.
-You lost 32 pounds, you down another 22.

-I'd like to. So, here is the heaviest, I was over 400 pounds at one point. And here are we are today and at 155 pounds, and it's amazing. It's such a journey.
