Unlike 1 universities where the first two years are spent on general education,
我们不像一般的大学，最初的两年要上普通课程，
we got into hands-on practical 2 courses right away.
我们学校一开始就安排了许多实务课程。
We were in the computer lab on our first day at school and there was no class in which we didn't use a computer.
从上课的第一天开始，就在计算机教室上课，而且每堂课都会用到计算机。
Since I have such solid 3 computer knowledge and experience,I feel comfortable with any new program.
我在计算机方面具备了非常扎实的知识和经验，所以，对于任何新程序，我都能得心应手。
很多人认为主修文学等人文学科，会不利于就业。其实，笔者认为主修文科或理科，对就业前景的影响不是决定性的。大学毕竟只是学习基础知识的地方，实务方面的知识和经验还是要在工作中获得。只有在应聘者经验不足时，招聘者才会着重考查其专业。一旦积累了一定程度的实践经验，受重视的则是资历。
