How do you react to criticism by superiors if you believe it is unwarranted?
当你认为上司对你的批评不当时，你会如何处理？
Even if the criticism is unwarranted,it was caused by something.
即使批评不正确，也一定事出有因。
If it was something I did,I'd like to find out what it was.
假如是因为我做了什么事情而受批评，我非常想知道究竟是为什么。
I'd like to sit down with my superior and discuss what prompted the criticism and if it was some kind of misunderstanding,I'd like to clarify it.
我想与上司坐下来好好谈谈，弄清楚是什么原因导致这样的批评。如果是误解，我会澄清。
I believe in open,candid communication.
我认为，开诚布公的沟通是非常重要的。
