A: QuickServ Delivery. May I help you?
B: Hi, this is Sharon in Mr. Reynolds’s office. One of your delivery men picked up a package here about an hour ago.
A: Yes, is there a problem? Ma’am?
B: Well, it still hasn’t reached its destination. I wonder if you could track it down for us. Mr. Reynolds is a bit concerned.
